We often hear the word “inflammation,” but what exactly is it?

Inflammation is at the root of most diseases. It’s the body’s way of playing defense – the way it fights off viruses, bacteria or repairs damaged tissue. Cold Therapy (Cryotherapy) and Heat Therapy (Infrared Sauna) for Inflammation
